First Reconciliation/First Communion
Sacramental preparation will take place in coordination between St. Paul Parochial School and St. Paul Parish. Communicants will take part in classes during the day at St. Paul Parochial from 11:30-12 (beginning in January) and once a month on Sundays with their families led by Father Christopher and Mrs. Abesa. If you are interested in having your child receive these sacraments please contact St. Paul Parochial School at 503-633-4622.
Confirmation
Confirmation candidates are currently in their second year of classes. If you would like your student (typically 6th-8th graders) to be confirmed the next round of classes will begin in September of 2026 for confirmation in Spring of 2028.
OCIA
-ARE YOU INTERESTED IN BECOMING A CATHOLIC? - Do you know someone who is? OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation of Adults, formally RCIA) classes will begin on Thursday, September 18th from 6-7:00 PM in the rectory. This course will teach and prepare adults about the Catholic faith and prepare them to fully enter into the Church. A team of local parishioners will teach the classes, overseen by Father Christopher. If you have any questions please call the parish office at 503-633-4611, or email [email protected]. A sign up sheet is in the back of the church. **New candidates are welcome to join thru the end of September**
